    We are seeking an Accounting Manager to plan and direct accounting activities within the finance department of the company by performing the following duties, personally or through others.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and provide accurate secondary reporting for management including monthly financial highlights as required
    • Prepare monthly projections and variance analysis
    • Prepare information for the annual audit and tax preparation
    • Develop, enhance and monitor accounting policies and processes
    • Ensure compliance to all internal and external internal control requirements
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts
    • Participate in cost analyses and rate studies
    • Review financial statements with management personnel
    • Participate in design, testing and implementation of a new ERP system, NetSuite
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • Minimum 6-8 years of accounting / finance experience
    • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
    • Outstanding knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and GAAP
    • Demonstrated ability to bring strong, analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, project management leadership and a results-focused orientation
    • Ability to develop and make recommendations on strategic business decisions through analyses and proactive approaches
    • Ability to understand and synthesize complex information into concise reports, presentations or talking points
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Have permanent US work authorization
